هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر جودة الخدمة الفندقية في بناء الولاء للخدمات الفندقية المقدمة من قبل فنادق ولاية جيجل، حيث اعتمدت الدراسة على تصميم استبانة وزعت على عينة عشوائية مكونة من 300 مفردة من زبائن الفنادق على مستوى ولاية جيجل، ومن أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها وجود أثر إيجابي ذو دلالة إحصائية لأبعاد جودة الخدمة الفندقية المقدمة بفنادق ولاية جيجل في بناء ولاء الزبون.
