يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة تطبيقات السياسة اللغوية في الجزائر، وذلك من خلال دراسة جهود -صالح بلعيد-في ميدان الإصلاح التربوي؛ لذلك عنونا هذه الدراسة ب: السياسة اللغوية بين الإصلاح التربوي والتردي اللغوي (آراء وحلول صالح بلعيد)، باعتبار أن صالح بلعيد هو رجل إصلاح تربوي ولغوي في الجزائر، وقد اخترنا أحد مقالاته الموسومة ب: الإصلاح التربوي والتردي اللغوي، معتمدين المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للوقوف على أهم الآراء التي تسهم في نجاح الإصلاح التربوي عامة والسياسة اللغوية خاصة، وقد وصلنا إلى نتيجة تتمثل في أن صالح بلعيد هو شخصية عظيمة في ميدان الإصلاح التربوي من خلال أبحاثه وجب على الوصاية أن تأخذ بهذه الآراء وتسعى إلى تحقيقها.
