Overview
يعتبر العامل في أي مؤسسة سواء كانت خدماتية أو اقتصادية الركيزة الأساسية في العملية التنظيمية، فالعنصر البشري هو العنصر الحيوي الفعال في استمرارية وسيرورة المؤسسة، ولما كان العامل البشري هو الأساس في استمرار المؤسسة كان لابد من إعطائه حوافز لضمان بقائه وزيادة إنتاجه؛ لذلك فإن الحوافز تشغل مكانا هاما في سياسة تسيير الموارد البشرية، من منطلق أن الإنسان في حاجة إلى محرك لدفعه، بما يظهر تفوقه وتميزه عن غيره. فهو يساعد المؤسسة على الاستمرار وتحقيق أهدافها، وهذا لا يكون إلا عن طريق التحفيز.
