Overview
يهتم البحث بعرض أهم المؤثرات التي أثرت على تشريعات المغول، فتعرض المؤثر الأول للأحكام الوثنية والتي تتجسد في الشامانية والبوذية التي أثرت في الياسا الجنكيزية وأحكامها التي غلب عليها الطابع الوثني. وعرض المؤثر الثاني أحكام أهل الكتاب المسيحيين واليهود، وقد حظوا بنفوذ في عهد الدولة الإيلخانية، كالنفوذ السياسي لوزير أرغون سعد الدولة اليهودي، أو لنفوذ الخاتون المعتنقة للديانة المسيحية وأثره في معتقد الإيلخان الحاكم. والمؤثر الثالث أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية وتأثير اعتناق الحكام الإيلخانيين للإسلام.
