Overview
قامت الجزائر سنة 1990 بإقامة قابلية التحويل الجزئي للدينار، وذلك مسايرة للتوجه الجديد للاقتصاد الوطني، وتقليص الفارق بين سعري الصرف الرسمي والموازي، وبالتالي فقد خصصت هذه الدراسة لبيان ما إذا كان الدينار الجزائري اليوم قابل للتحويل على مستوى السوق الرسمي كما تنص عليه القوانين والتعليمات الرسمية، أم أنه مجرد حبر على ورق لم تستطع السلطات النقدية تطبيقه على أرض الواقع. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن قابلية تحويل الدينار اليوم تبقى محدودة جدا مقارنة بدول مجاورة، ويعود ذلك إلى ضعف الإمكانيات الاقتصادية من جهة، والإبقاء على نظام مراقبة الصرف رغم تخفيفه من جهة أخرى.
