Overview
نشأت فكرة ولاية الفقيه بتولي الخوميني الولاية، وتحول معها الكلام عن الفقه وأبوابه إلى حيز الكلام ومسائله، إضافة إلى أنه تمكن في عام ١٩٧٩ م، من إخراج النظرية من التنظير إلى التطبيق، وأضحت واقعا في إيران له تأثير بالغ داخلها وخارجها، لكن هذا الطرح والتطبيق لولاية الفقيه واجه انتقادات ومعارضات في البيئة الدينية الاثني عشرية وخارجها، بل اتسعت لتضم فقهاء أيدوا النظرية في بداياتها، ومن هنا جاءت فكرة موضوع هذا البحث، بتتبع ودراسة النقد الذي وجهه علماء المذهب الشيعي لنظرية ولاية الفقيه وتطبيقاتها.
