Overview
يعنى هذا البحث ببيان حكم مسألة أداء العمرة للحاج في أيام التشريق قبل النفر عند الشافعية، وكذا توضيح بعض العبارات الواردة في كتب المذهب حول المسألة، وفيها بيان جواز أداء العمرة في جميع السنة على الصحيح لغير الحاج، وجوازه للحاج قبل النفر لمن أكمل أعمال الحج، ولم يبق عليه شيء سوى النفر.
