Overview
إن التقدم الهائل في مجال الطب، يتزامن معه ضرورة بيان الحكم الشرعي لكل حادثة، لتسير حياة الناس منتظمة دينا ودنيا. وإن مما فتح على الناس طبيا التطور المذهل في ما يسمى بالخلايا الجذعية، والتي تؤخذ من الدم، وتستخدم في علاج كثير من الأمراض، ولا زالت طور التجربة، وتتنوع مصادرها، فمنها دم الحبل السري، والذي كان مآله في السابق إلى النفايات، وصار الآن ذو قيمة طبية علاجية يمكن الاستفادة منها، ومحل اهتمام، بل وأنشئت له بنوك لحفظه. وفي هذا البحث سأتكلم عن بيان المراد بدم الحبل السري، وفائدته، والبنوك المعدة لحفظه، وما يترتب على ذلك من أحكام شرعية.
