طرح المقال موضوع بعنوان دراما الرسائل من الفلاح الفصيح إلى صاحب الظل الطويل. أشار إلى أن أدب الرسائل لون جذب لقطاع كبير من أدباء وكتاب الدراما، فبدأت بذرة ذلك الأدب من قصة الفلاح الفصيح التي تحولت إلى أيقونة فنية نشرت وترجمت عالميا مع نهاية القرن التاسع عشر. كما تم إنتاج مسرحية تحمل نفس الاسم في عام (1967). ولقد تم استلهم فريق العمل فيلم المومياء (1969) من قصة الفلاح الفصيح، فهي تعد أيقونة في الدراما المصرية. تطرق إلى رواية صاحب الظل الطويل التي تعد أيقونة أصلية على أدب الرسائل كتب عام (1912) فهي رواية رسائلية من المقام الأول. اختتم المقال بالإشارة إلى فيلم ابنتي العزيزة الذي أنتج عام (1971) حيث أن الأصل فيه أدب الرسائل فما هو إلا تمصير لرواية صاحب الظل الطويل. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل المنظومة 2022
