Overview
عرف البرلمان المغربي خلال السنين الأخيرة تطورات كبيرة على مستوى المجال الدولي، ذلك تزامن مع التطورات الذي عرفها المجتمع الدولي وتنوع مجالات العلاقات الدولية وتنامي ظاهرة العولمة، الشيء الذي جعل القضايا السياسية الخارجية تكتسي طابعا متعدد الأبعاد، لم تبق حكرا على الحكومات وحدها وإنما أضحى البرلمان يمارس الدبلوماسية غير الرسمية على مستوى الدولي، لكن التحصيل الدبلوماسي للبرلمان لم يكن ذا مردودية عالية، وإنما عاقه عائق حال دون تحقيق الأهداف المطلوبة.
