Overview
تتناول هذه الدراسة استراتيجية الحوسبة السحابية لقطاع وزارة الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات بجمهورية مصر العربية، والمبادرات التي قامت بها وزارة الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات حتى وقت تنفيذ الاستراتيجية، بالإضافة إلى تناول محور الحوسبة السحابية باستراتيجية التنمية المستدامة: رؤية مصر 2030، ثم التحول الفعلي للواقع المأمول بإنشاء قاعدة البيانات المركزية (عقل الدولة جامع البيانات) بالعاصمة الإدارية الجديدة، وتنتهي هذه الدراسة بمجموعة من المقترحات للواقع الحالي حتى تصبح مصر من الدول المصدرة لخدمة التخزين السحابي كخدمة، بعدما كانت تخطط لتكون دولة مستهلكة.
