Overview
إن مسألة الاعتراف بالمسؤولية الجنائية الدولية لإسرائيل عن جرائمها ضد الشعب الفلسطيني في أراضيه المحتلة هي أمل طال انتظاره، لأنه كان من الضروري انتظار اعتراف الأمم المتحدة بالدولة الفلسطينية حتى تتمكن من الانضمام للمحكمة الجنائية الدولية. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الانتهاكات الإسرائيلية الجسيمة للقانون الدولي الإنساني في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة منذ حزيران/ يونيو 2014، حيث ترتكز انتهاكاتها كدولة احتلال على أفعال تشكل جرائم حرب وجرائم ضد الإنسانية في المقام الأول. ما يتطلب عقوبات جنائية على مرتكبيها من خلال المحكمة الجنائية الدولية.
