مثل الحركة العربية التي بدأت عام ٢٠١١ خطوة مهمة نحو التحرر السياسي وكسر جدار الخوف الذي قيد الحربات العامة والقضاء على الأنظمة الاستبدادية. وبالتالي فإن هذه الثورات جعلت السلطات الحاكمة تدرك إمكانية حدوث تغيير في الواقع السياسي لا يقيد الحريات العامة، لذلك تأثرت جميع دول مجلس التعاون الخليج يبتلك الثورات، كل هذه المعطيات دفعتنا إلى اختيار عنوان الدراسة.
