Overview
بالرغم من وجود مقومات للتنمية السياسية في العراق إلا أن تفاقم الوضع في العراق وعدم تطبيق نظام أسس تنموية حقيقة، الأمر الذي إلى حدوث مشكلات ومعوقات أمام تحقيق تنمية سياسية. فهنالك وسائل لحل تلك المعوقات منها: تطبيق الديمقراطية التوافقية، إلغاء مبدأ المحاصصة، وتوسيع المشاركة السياسية، تطبيق العدالة الانتقالية، القضاء على الفساد بكل أشكاله تحقيق الوحدة الوطنية، تفعيل مشروع المصالحة الوطنية، تعزيز دور مؤسسات المجتمع المدني تحقيق الاندماج والتكامل الوطني والحد من الفقر والقضاء على البطالة.
