Overview
هدف البحث الحالي إلى دراسة مستويات التعاطف وأساليب مواجهة الضغوط لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال، والعلاقة بينهما، واختبار الفروق في التعاطف وأساليب مواجهة الضغوط وفقا لمتغير عدد سنوات الخبرة. تم اختيار عينة مكونة من (100) معلمة من الروضات الخاصة في مدينتي اللاذقية وجبلة. استخدام مقياس التعاطف من إعداد ستيكال (Steckal, 1994) ترجمة الباحثة، ومقياس د. عبد الله محمد الضريبي ضمن رسالته لنيل درجة الدكتوراه في جامعة دمشق عام (2010 - 2011) لأساليب مواجهة الضغوط، واتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. أشارت النتائج إلى وجود مستوى متوسط من التعاطف وأساليب مواجهة الضغوط لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا بين التعاطف وأساليب مواجهة الضغوط، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في التعاطف وأساليب مواجهة الضغوط تعزى لمتغير عدد سنوات الخبرة.
