Overview
Since, in Afghanistan most of the organizations are the agents of corruption. So, the corruption process has its bad effect on many parts of life. One of the most important method of diagnosis and treatment of some kinds of diseases is using of X - rays. In case of corruption many people have the machine of X - rays and these out date machines are used for diagnostic purposes. This research has reflected which that each X - ray photon includes about 105 energy and a photon with this amount of energy is able to break down the molecular bonds on the cells which them just contain 1 bonding energy. Then, on the basis of the mentioned reason this research revealed which damaged cells are couldn't able to perform their physiological tasks properly and this process leading to cancer of cells. This research proved that the best ways of decreasing the hazards of x - ray as the pollution of atmosphere and damage in the interior organism is that to prevent from the importing old x - ray machines and to run out the modern MRI equipment's in Afghanistan hospitals with low price of observations for the patients.
