هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى الصحة التنظيمية، والتوافق المهني لدى موظفي المستشفى العمومي بقصر الشلالة بولاية تيارت، والبحث عن طبيعة العلاقة بين الصحة التنظيمية والتوافق المهني، حيث استخدمنا في دراستنا المنهج الوصفي وقمنا بتطبيق مقياسي الصحة التنظيمية والتوافق المهني على عينة بلغت (47) من الأطباء والممرضين والإداريين وتبين أنه توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين الصحة التنظيمية، والتوافق المهني لدى موظفي المستشفى العمومي وكانت العلاقة موجبة.
