Overview
يهدف البحث إلى بيان سبب وصف بعض الناس بالعمى في القرآن الكريم، وما هو نوع العمى الذي حل بهم، فكان محور عملي في هذا البحث جمع الآيات القرآنية التي ذكرت في مصطلح العمى، ثم جمعت كل آية من هذه الآيات إلى ما يشابهها للقوم الذين وجهت إليهم، ثم بينت المنهج الموضوعي في استعمال هذا المصطلح، وكيفية التعامل معه في السياق القرآني، والمواطن والأصناف المستحقة لوصف العمى، كما بينت في هذا البحث أنواع العمى وكيف يكون ماديا وفي بعض الأحيان معنويا.
