Overview
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مدى مساهمة مجلس الإدارة في تفعيل حوكمة الشركات على مستوى المؤسسة المينائية لسكيكدة، وذلك من خلال تحليل خصائص مجلس إدارة المؤسسة محل الدراسة خلال الفترة (2019-2017)، بالإضافة إلى الاعتماد على استبيان موجه إلى عينة مكونة من 24 موظف. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مجلس الإدارة يساهم إلى حد كبير في تفعيل حوكمة الشركات على مستوى المؤسسة المينائية لسكيكدة، وأن عدم وجود فصل ما بين منصبي المدير العام ورئيس مجلس الإدارة قد يؤدي إلى فقدان المجلس لاستقلاليته إلا في حالة أن يكون الرئيس المدير العام يتمتع بالنزاهة.
