Overview
تشخص هذه الدراسة تطور الأملاك الـمخزنية فـي تاريخ الـمغرب الـمعاصر، على اعتبار أنه نظام عقاري عريق، فهو ليس وليد الـمرحلة الكولونيالية، بل ضارب بعمق جذوره في تاريخ الـمغرب. والواقع التاريخي يوضح أنها كانت موضع نهب وتطاول خاصة بعد ضعف السلطة الـمركزية، خلال الفترة التي سبقت فرض نظام الحماية بسنوات قليلة. دفعت هذه الوضعية بسلطات الحماية الفرنسية إلى وضع قوانين وإدارات تهدف إلى حمايتها، وتعبئتها من أجل سياساتها الاستعمارية، وبذلك زالت تسمية أملاك الـمخزن لتحل محلها مفاهيم وتنظيمات جديدة، من قبيل الأملاك الخاصة للدولة.
