Overview
ظهرت الهجرة على الساحة الدولية كظاهرة اجتماعية معقدة ومتداخلة، خلفت العديد من التداعيات والصعوبات؛ مما أدى إلى تحولها إلى ظاهرة قانونية تورطت فيها عدة أطراف، وفي مقدمتها المجتمعات المرسلة والمستقبلة فضلا عن المنظمات الدولية الناشطة في هذا المجال، وقد تفاقمت مشكلة المهاجرين غير الشرعيين بشكل رهيب خلال السنوت الأخيرة مهددة بذلك الاستقرار العالمي سواء البشري أو السياسي، وبذلك مثلت تحديا كبيرا للمجتمع الدولي، حيث أنه لم ينجح حتى الآن في وضع حلول دائمة لها في وقت تنامي فيه معاناة المهاجرين يوما بعد يوم.
