هدفت الدراسة إلى التحقق من مدى فاعلية القروض الممنوحة من المصرف الزراعي الليبي في إحداث طفرة موجبة لدخل النشاط الزراعي، واعتمدت هده الدراسة على فترة زمنية تمتد من 1970 إلى 2021م، واستخدمت أدوات الاقتصاد القياسي المتقدم، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن متغير الائتمان المصرفي لقطاع الزراعة بالمدى الطويل كان له أثر موجب على دخل النشاط الزراعي D (Agr)، وأن متغير الائتمان الزراعي بالمدى القصير يرتبط بعلاقة قوية مع دخل النشاط الزراعي، وأن صدمة الحصار الاقتصادي D (BC-2) و D(BC-4) يرتبطان بعلاقة عكسية مع دخل النشاط الزراعي .D (Agr)
