يهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور العلاقات الإنسانية في سيرورة الإدارة للقادة باعتبار أنها سببا جوهريا في نجاح الفريق وتحقيق أهدافها التربوية والتعليمية. وتم استخدام منهج تحليل المضمون من خلال الدراسات السابقة وبعض المعطيات الميدانية. وتوصلت النتائج إلى أن أهم مهارات العلاقات الإنسانية تتمثل في: (مهارة التواصل، مهارة الاستماع، مهارة الحوار، مهارة التعاطف، مهارة الإقناع، مهارة العرض والإلقاء)
