Overview
يهتم البحث بدراسة المصطلحات الفقهية التي وردت في كتاب المستصفى من علم الأصول لأبي حامد محمد بن محمد الغزالي، وذلك بالنظر في المعنى الاصطلاحي والمعنى اللغوي، ودراستهما من حيث أوجه الشبه أو الاختلاف إن وجدت، ثم التأصيل اللغوي هذه المصطلحات من خلال ورودها في معاجم وكتب اللغة كالعين وتهذيب اللغة ولسان العرب وتاج العروس وغيرها، وقد وقع الاختيار على عينة منوعة، عددها إحدى وأربعون كلمة من الكتاب تمثل الدراسة، وكان معيار اختيار تلك الألفاظ هو أن تحمل معنيين: لغوي واصطلاحي وهي مختارة من أبواب الكتاب حسب الترتيب الألف بائي.
