تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع التحول الرقمي الذي تبنته الجزائر كخيار استراتيجي في ظل التوجه نحو الاقتصاد الرقمي، حيث تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي من أجل معالجة موضوع البحث. حيث خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى تقديم جملة من النتائج على غرار أن الجزائر بالرغم حداثة تجربتها في مجال التحول الرقمي إلا أنها بصدد بذل مجهودات بهدف مواكبة تطورات البيئة العالمية فيما يخص تبني نموذج اقتصادي مبني على التكنولوجيا، الابتكار والمعرفة، وتم أخيرا صياغة بعض الاقتراحات التي يمكن العمل عليها في هذا الصدد.
