تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة معرفة أثر وسائل الإعلان على رضا الزبائن، دراسة حالة شركة اتصالات الجزائر بوكالة سعيدة، الدراسة شملت عينة مقدرة بـ250 من عملاء الشركة، حيث تم معالجة البيانات باستخدام النمذجة بالمعادلات الهيكلية من خلال اعتماد منهجية (Advanced PLS) بالاستعانة ببرنامج Smart PLS3. وقد أظهرت النتائج الميدانية وجود أثر موجب لوسائل الإعلان على رضا الزبائن.
