لا زال مصطلح ثقافة الأطفال محاطا بضبابية وعمومية في ضبط عناصره، رغم فيض التعريفات والأبحاث المنجزة، مما يتطلب مزيدا من التدقيق والبحث في أبرز محدداته، ليزيل اللبس ويتميز عن غيره من المصطلحات القريبة، كما أن البحث في التنشئة الثقافية للأطفال من حيث محدداتها وما تواجهه من تحديات في ظل الرقمية يعتبر مطلبا أساسيا؛ يقتضي من المشتغلين في أدب الأطفال وثقافتهم إبداعا ونقدا أن يولوا له العناية القصوى، إذا ما أريد إعداد جيل قادر على التكيف مع ظروف العصر، بل ويساهم في بنائه على نحو ما هو منشود.
