Overview
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين التمكين الوظيفي وجودة حياة العمل لدى الممرضين في المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية بعنابة، وكذلك التعرف على دلالة الفروق في مستويات التمكين الوظيفي وجودة حياة العمل تبعا لاختلاف الجنس، وللإجابة على فرضيات الدراسة اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي، واستخدام مقياس التمكين الوظيفي ومقياس جودة حياة العمل، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 130 ممرض وممرضة، وخلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ذات دلالة معنوية بين التمكين الوظيفي وجودة الحياة العمل كما أنه توجد فروق ذات دلالة معنوية في مستوى التمكين الوظيفي تبعا لإخلاف الجنس.
