Overview
تعتبر السيادة من أهم الأسس التي تقوم عليها الدولة، إلا أنها واجهت بعض الخطر مع بروز بعض المستجدات الحديثة على الساحة الدولية التي كان لها الأثر الواضح على فرض الدولة لسيادتها على أرضها. فكانت العولمة وأساليبها من أهم المظاهر التي برزت في الآونة الأخيرة وكان لها الأثر الأكبر والأكثر فعالية على السيادة، فكان التعاون الدولي من أهم المستجدات التي طرأت، حيث انصب على سبل التعاون والمساعدة بين الدول وتقليص الحدود والعمل على إزالتها، بالإضافة إلى الشركات المتعددة الجنسيات التي زاد نشاطها بفعل العولمة إلى أن أصبحت أهم أساليبها. وعليه فكيف وإلى أي مدى أثرت العولمة على السيادة الوطنية.
