Overview
This research deals with examples of texts from the book \"Ammunition in the Merits of the People of the Island\" by Ibn Bassam Al-Shantari describing the behaviors of the kings of the sects towards each other, their peoples, and others in Andalusia during the fifth century AH eleventh AD. And how they were the reason for the disintegration of the unity of Andalusia; I dealt at first with the life of Ibn Bassam and his writings and the reasons for writing his book, and then I went back to the axes of his book, sources, and his approach to presenting the facts with their temporal and geographical framework, in addition to samples of texts revealing. The policy of these kings disappointed their people, as these texts were presented with the necessary comments and concluded with a conclusion in which the results of this research were summarized.
