تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز دور الإعلام السياحي في تنشيط السياحة في الجزائر، من أجل خلق وتشجيع السياحة من جهة، وترويج السلوكيات الحضارية في التعامل مع السياح والمنشأت السياحية والبيئة من جهة أخرى، وخلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن مساهمة الإعلام السياحي في التعريف والنرويج للسياحة الصحراوية في الجزائر مساهمة ضئيلة ولا تتوافق مع الإمكانيات الكبيرة، التي تزخر بيها الصحراء في الجزائر.
