هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع جودة الحياة في العمل لدى فئة الأطباء العامون العاملون في المستشفيات العمومية عبر التراب الوطني والبالغ عددهم 72 طبيب وطبيبة، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، واستخدمت الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن مستوى جودة الحياة في العمل متوسطة حسب أفراد العينة.
