Overview
تعد الهجرة غير الشرعية من القضايا التي تهدد أمن وسلامة الشعوب والدول منها الجزائر التي تعتبر من الدول المعنية بالظاهرة لما تشكله من آثار سلبية كبيرة وأبعاد أمنية على كافة المجالات واستنادا إلى مختلف تقارير الجهات المختصة لرصد الظاهرة والتي تفيد بأن هناك الآلاف من المهاجرين يتدفقون على الحدود الجزائرية ثم المرور نحو الدول الأخرى بحثا عن العمل والاستقرار، وتوصلت الدراسة أن ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية تعد من التحديات الكبيرة على الجزائر وتتمثل آليات مكافحتها في التعاون بين مختلف الأجهزة الأمنية الجزائرية، بالإضافة للتعاون المستمر بين الجزائر والدول والمنظمات الدولية لحصر الظاهرة.
