Overview
تهدف الدراسة إلى بيان مفهوم اختراعات العامل التي يتوصل إليها إثناء تنفيذ عقد العمل، ومعرفة من له الحق في هذه الاختراعات، وتوضيح الحقوق والالتزامات لكل طرف من أطراف العلاقة التعاقدية. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن صاحب العمل قد يكون له الحق في اختراعات العامل في بعض الحالات التي ينص عليها القانون أو يتفق فيها الطرفين على ذلك، ولكن ثمة حقوق ثبتت للعامل نتيجة توصله لهذا الاختراع تتمثل في حقوق مادية وأدبية لابد من الوفاء بها.
