يسعى البحث إلى التعرف على مدى قوة تأثير التماثل التنظيمي، والتعرف على مدى توافر سلوكيات التنمر الوظيفي، وتحديد مدى العلاقة بين التماثل التنظيمي والتنمر الوظيفي بجامعة ٦ أكتوبر، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ويتمثل مجتمع البحث في السادة أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة 6 أكتوبر، وتم الحصول على عينة عشوائية بلغت ۲۸۱ مفردة. وتوصل البحث إلى أن هناك اهتمام بنسبة مرتفعة بالتماثل التنظيمي، وأن درجة توافر التنمر الوظيفي بجامعة ٦ أكتوبر متوفر بدرجة متوسطة، وأن هناك ارتباط بين أبعاد التماثل التنظيمي، وأبعاد التنمر الوظيفي، وأن هناك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التماثل التنظيمي والتنمر الوظيفي بجامعة 6 أكتوبر محل البحث.
