Overview
تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على أهمية غرس ثقافة التفاوض في المنهج التعليمي لكليات التربية، وذلك كأحد الاتجاهات التعليمية الحديثة التي تهدف إلى تنمية المهارات التفاعلية من أجل بناء عقلية نقدية ابتكارية تجيد التعامل الإيجابي مع الآخر. ويتم تحقيق هذا الهدف بالتعرف على أهداف تبني ثقافة التفاوض في كليات التربية، والتعرف على العلاقة بين مهارات ثقافة التفاوض والأدوار الجديدة للمعلم، وقد استعرضت الدراسة كل أهمية التفاوض وأكدت على أهميته في إعداد وتأهيل وتكوين طالب كلية التربية ومعلم الغد، والمنوط به تربية وتعليم أجيال المستقبل.
