Overview
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز إعادة هيكلة الموارد البشرية وأثرها على الرضا الوظيفي للعاملين، وتوضيح العلاقة الارتباطية بينهما، وقد شملت الدراسة عينة مقدرة بـ 88 مفردة من المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية ببوسعادة، وتشير نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى إعادة هيكلة الموارد البشرية مرتفع، وأن مستوى الرضا الوظيفي للعاملين متوسط، كما توصلت إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية متوسطة R= 0.396 بين إعادة هيكلة الموارد البشرية والرضا الوظيفي للعاملين، وأن كل من إعادة هيكلة الموارد البشرية والرضا الوظيفي للعاملين لا يختلفان باختلاف الجنس والعمر والمستوى التعليمي والخبرة.
