Many counsumer countries calls to late the would oil market to determind by the free market in which the demand and supply are the main factors determind the price of oil. This fact is right if the prices of oil will be so that. But in reality , the political factor arc the main determaination factors that affect oil prices, so we can say that political factors are behind the determination of oil pricea. AL the same time the external economic variables have also affects the oil prices. The study try to read these factors which determine the oil prices . As well the study will deal with the produces oil countries. These countries have effective influences to create an economic climate or economic environment for the would oil prices
