تناول البحث بيان حقيقة بطاقات الإهداء مسبقة الدفع، وأنواعها، وخصائصها، والأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بها: بإيضاح التكييف الفقهي للعلاقة بين أطرافها، وحكم إصدارها، والمعاوضة عنها، وتحقق القبض فيها، وحكم الحصول على خصومات عند استخدامها، وقد ظهر للباحث: أن الهدية من أنواع الهبة، فيجوز إصدارها، وأخذ العمولة عليها، ويكفي فيها الاستلام والتسليم التقني لتحقق القبض والإقباض، وأما المعاوضة عنها فتأخذ حكم النقود، ويباح فيها أخذ الخصومات والخدمات عند استعمالها.
