Overview
نظرا لأهمية المحاسبة عن أرباح عقود الإيجار فقد هدف هذا البحث إلى تحديد المشكلات المحاسبية والضريبية عن أرباح عقود الإيجار، وتقديم حلول لها في ظل التغييرات والتعديلات المتلاحقة للإصدارات المحاسبية لعقود الإيجار من خلال إجراء دراسة ميدانية في البيئة المصرية، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها وجود مشكلات محاسبية وضريبية ناتجه عن تطبيق معيار المحاسبة المصري رقم (۲۰)، وصحة المقترحات التي قدمتها الدراسة لحل المشكلات المحاسبية والضريبية في معيار المحاسبة المصري رقم (۲۰) بشأن عقود الإيجار.
