هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة مستوى جودة حياة العمل لدى ممارسي صحة الأسنان، وقد اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي للقيام بهذه الدراسة، بالاعتماد على صمم من قبل الباحثة، وقد تم توزيعه على عينة مكونة من (30) طبيب وطبيبة بالمستشفى الجامعي لطب الأسنان بلاطو -وهران-، وتم تحليل إجابات ممارسي صحة الأسنان اعتمادا على أساليب إحصائية، بواسطة الأحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS). لقد أثبتت الدراسة وجود: مستوى مرتفع لجودة حياة العمل بين ممارسي صحة الأسنان.
