هذا البحث دراسة لمسائل مختارة من اجتهادات الإمام الشافعي الفقهية في أحكام الطهارة: حكم طواف وصلاة الحائض، حكم جماع الحائض قبل الغسل من الطهر، حكم جماع المستحاضة، وقت الطلاق ومعنى القرء، وبيان مدى مطابقتها لأصول الاستنباط المعتمدة عنده، وقد جاءت جميعها مطابقة لأصول مذهبه.
