Overview
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مؤشرات قياس التحول الرقمي، وأهم الخصائص التي تميزت بها، ومدى فعاليتها في قياس التحول الرقمي. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن التحول الرقمي من الموضوعات التي تناولتها الكثير من الأبحاث والدراسات وجميعها اتفق على تعريف موحد للتحول الرقمي بالرغم من اختلاف أهداف هذه الأبحاث والدراسات. كما تعددت أيضا مؤشرات قياس التحول الرقمي التي تصدرها المنظمات الدولية والشركات، جميعها أيضا اتفقت من حيث المحاور التي تناولتها بالقياس، إلا أن أغلبها لم تتناول فترات زمنية موحدة وتميزت بعدم استمرارية الفترة الزمنية. وتوصى الدراسة بضرورة توحيد مؤشرات قياس التحول الرقمي وابتكار أساليب قياس منتظمة على المستوى القومي والدولي.
