إن إعمال قاعدة المشقة تجلب التيسير تتطلب عدة شروط لا بد من مراعاتها لكي تتحول الأحكام من الصعوبة إلى السهولة للمكلف وسواء كانت تلك الشروط تتعلق بالمشقة الموجبة للتيسير او الشروط المتعلقة بشخص المكلف بالمشقة، والمقصود بضوابط إعمال هذه القاعدة إن هناك أحكام راعت فيها أسباب التخفيف والتيسير وإن هذه المسألة معرفتها من الأهمية البالغة خاصة بالنسبة للمشاق التي لم يرد ذكرها من ناحية الضبط أو التحديد.
