Overview
يلعب مجلس المنافسة دورا هاما في المجال الاقتصادي، حيث جعل منه المشرع الجزائري جهاز ضبط عام مكلف بحماية المنافسة الحرة في السوق، من الممارسات الاقتصادية المقيدة للمنافسة، والتي تؤدي في بعض الأحيان إلى القضاء عليها. كما يتمتع مجلس المنافسة كسلطة ضبط عامة بصلاحيات واسعة، تمكنه من تحقيق التوازن مع مقتضيات الضبط الاقتصادي، وهذا راجع لطبيعته القانونية التي تجعله يتصدى لمختلف المخالفات الماسة بالمنافسة والقضاء عليها.
