هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى التوافق الزواجي، والتعرف على الفروق العائدة لنوع المهنة (طبيبة -أكاديمية -إدارية)، وعمر الزوجة، ومدة الزواج، والتعرف على الفروق العائدة لعدد الأطفال في التوافق الزواجي للمرأة العاملة. تم استخدام مقياس للتوافق الزواجي إعداد عبد الرازق، 2003. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (90) زوجة عاملة من مدينة بنغازي. من أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة أن مستوى التوافق الزواجي منخفض لدى عينة الدراسة، وأنه توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى إلى نوع المهنة، وأنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عائدة لعمر الزوجة، ومدة الزواج، وعدد الأطفال في التوافق الزواجي لدى عينة الدراسة.
