Overview
لم يكن الإصلاح الزراعي كمشروع ونظام يهدف فقد لتحسين نظام الملكية والحيازة الزراعية، وإنما هو كان بداية لمرحلة جديدة في المجتمع المصري، ذلك من خلال كل ما ترتب على قوانينه من متغيرات في البنيان الزراعي والتركيب الاجتماعي، وبصدور بعض المواد الأخرى لقانون الإصلاح تم تنظيم العلاقة بين المالكين والمستأجرين، وبذلك فقد تملك الفلاحون الأراضي التي عاشوا عليها كما زادت دخولهم وكان لذلك أثره في تحسين أوضاعهم الاجتماعية. وما يعنينا من هذا البحث هو توضيح أثر قوانين الإصلاح الزراعي على الأراضي والملكيات بمحافظة أسيوط وأثرها على تنظيم العلاقة بين الملاك والمستأجرين وتحسين دخول الفلاحين ومستواهم الاجتماعي.
