Overview
يواجه المغرب كباقي الدول من الوقائع الكارثية والآثار المترتبة عنها، وهو ما حذا به إلى البحث عن الوسائل الكفيلة لمواجهة هذه الآثار، ويبدو أن التأمين من الوسائل الناجعة للقيام بهذه المهمة، غير أن الصعوبات التي يرتطم بها في هذا الميدان جعلت كل دولة تبحث عن هندسة التغطية التي تلائم خصائصها. وعلى نهج الدول المتقدمة، قام المشرع المغربي بتنزيل القانون رقم 110.14 المتعلق بتغطية عواقب الوقائع الكارثية، مقدما بذلك إجابات وحلول للمعيقات التي يصطدم بها التأمين في هذا الميدان.
