هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تضمين كتب التربية الاجتماعية والوطنية لأسماء المواقع الأثرية والسياحية والتراث الثقافي في المرحلة الأساسية في الأردن، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم عمل جرد لكتب التربية الاجتماعية والوطنية التي تتضمن كتاب (التربية الوطنية والمدنية - التاريخ - الجغرافيا) للصفوف من الرابع الأساسي وحتى العاشر الأساسي، فتم رصد كل أسماء المواقع الأثرية والسياحية والمحميات و التراث المادية والغير المادي، وربطها بالبيانات المتوفرة في قاعدة بيانات أرشيف أكور الرقمي، وكيف يمكن لأمين المكتبة ومعلمي مادة التربية الاجتماعية والوطنية استخدام هذا الأرشيف كمرجع أساسي مرئي.
