كشفت المقاربة عن الطحالب متعددة الخلايا. وبينت أن هذه الطحالب هي أعشاب مائية ذات استخدامات متعددة، تصلح أن تكون غذاء ودواء، فما فائدة الطحالب متعددة الخلايا منها الحمراء والبنية والخضراء. وبينت ما هي الطحالب متعددة الخلايا ومنها، شعبة الطحالب الخضراء، تمتاز هذه الطحالب بأنها ذات نواة حقيقية، متعددة الخلايا، تظهر البلاستيدات، مثال طحلب كلاميدوموناس. وأبرزت الأهمية الاقتصادية للطحالب الخضراء، شعبة الطحالب البنية، الأهمية الاقتصادية للطحالب البنية. ورصدت شعبة الطحالب الحمراء، الأهمية الاقتصادية لها. واختتمت المقاربة بالمواد المستخلصة من الطحالب وهذه المواد تفيد في العلاجات الطبية. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2024
